Mac Warehouse Return Policy

Returns 

  1. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after submitting order. 
  2. Orders can be returned within the first two weeks for any reason. Shipping is included.

Warranty

  1. If it is determined that your product should be returned, an RMA number is required. You must email a description of the hardware problem to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  2. When returning a product, make sure the return
    1. be repackaged properly, insured, and include all original items (AC Adapters, power cables, Keyboards, Mice, bundle items, etc.);
    2. have the RMA number visible on the outside of each package; 
  3. Additional fees may apply to items not returned that were included in the original shipped product. 
  4. All Certified Preloved™ products are supported by Mac Warehouse outstanding customer service available toll free at 855-599-MACS (6227) or via email CS@mac-warehouse.com

Shipping Terms        

  1. All orders are subject to verification before shipment. 
  2. Verified orders ship within 48 hours of being placed not including weekends and holidays. Tracking information will be available within one business day of the order being shipped.
  3. Verified credit card orders ship Standard Ground via FedEx typically arrive in 3-5 business days.
  4. Shipments for Alaska and Hawaii take 3-7 business days.
  5. Lighter weight items are shipped via USPS and can be delivered to P.O. Boxes.
  6. All delivery times are measured in business days.
  7. Standard delivery is not available on weekends.
  8. We are unable to ship to International, U.S. Military APO/FPO, or U.S. territory addresses.
